Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie

3/4 cup butter flavored Crisco

1 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar

2 tbs. milk

1 tbs. vanilla

1 egg

1 3/4 cup flour

1 tsp. salt

3/4 tsp. baking soda

1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

1 cup pecan pieces (optional)

Cream butter flavored Crisco, sugar milk and vanilla blend in egg combine flour salt baking soda. Blend together with chocolate pieces.

Drop rounded tablespoons on to ungreased cookie sheet 3 inches apart.

 Bake in 375 oven for 8-10 minutes. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
