Ingredients
6-8 Chicken Breasts
1 6 oz thawed can of Orange Juice
1/8 cup salad oil
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp. curry powered
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 cup soy sauce
Directions:
Marinate chicken over night. Bake in Marinade 1 hour at 350°
Serve with rice. Garnish with sliced almonds , chunk pineapple or avocado slices.
