Lorraine's Spaghetti


Brown # 1 lb lean ground beef (can use part ground turkey) Drain any grease

Add sliced bell peppers ( I like the 3 colored frozen sliced )about 1 cup Add diced onions (can be frozen)

Add 1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 cup water
1/3 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp Morton season salt

Can add
1 cup sliced mushrooms (can use canned )
1 small can sliced black olives (makes it bolognaise type)
1 cup chopped zucchini squash (raw)
2 Italian sausage links sliced ( brown with hamburger above)
