Ingredients
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
*3/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Grease 2 (9 inch) loaf pans. In a bowl sift together flour baking soda salt cinnamon and sugar. In separate bowl beat eggs, add oil, strawberries. Make a well in dry ingredients add liquid mixture stirring thoroughly. Do not over mix. Pour into loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 °.
