3 leg thigh pieces of chicken can be any three large pieces or one small chicken stewed.
1 can chicken broth
3 scallion onions chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
l/2 cup Pace picante sauce
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 beef bullion cubes
1 tbs. lemon juice
1 tbs. chili powder
1 tsp. salt 1 tsp pepper
2 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
l/8 tsp. garlic powder
optional: can mild chopped chilies
Stew chicken in large pot, cover with water and cook over medium heat in a covered pot for I hour or until meat easily pulls off bone.Strain out all bones and meat. Add all the ingredient ts to stock and return chopped meat to pot. Add additional cup of water if necessary. Simmer on low for 15 minutes.
Serve over crushed tortilla chips, top with grated cheese and avocado slices.
