Sonoran Stew - Nancy



1 # ground beef
1 diced bell pepper (can be red or yellow)
1/2 large diced onion
Brown together

Add to pot
I can beef bouillon or consume
1 yellow (large or 3 small) squash chopped
I large Zucchini chopped
2 cans kernel corn
I can kidney bean
1 mixed vegetables ( veg-all )
1 can Progresso Heart Tomato Soup (this can be achieved with I tomato
sauce and one diced stewed tomatoes — almost)
1/2 cup Picante Sauce
3 dashes hot sauce ( to taste)
4 tbsps lemon juice'
1tsp fresh garlic (can be powder but I use the little jars of minced garlic)
1 1/2 rounded table spoons Chili Powder (to taste)
1/2 ground cumin

Directions

Add ingredients in a large stew pot simmer 1 hour serve with corn bread
