Bread Pudding - Sal Cunningham

Ingredients
1 stick oleo
4 slices bread toasted
2 cups milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
Cinnamon
Raisins

Directions
Melt oleo in 6x12 or 8x8 pan
Break bread into rather large pieces and put into pan
Scald milk and add to eggs, beaten with sugar
Pour over toast
Mix in raisins, sprinkle with cinnamon
Put pan in a pan of hot water and bake
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean
