6-8 sliced apples (Jonathan or Macintosh)
1 - 1 1/2 cups sugar
Dash of salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. flour
3 tbs. water
Directions
Place all ingredients in large bowl and stir lightly until glazed.
Then place in a shell and dot with butter.
Bake 1 hour at 350 °
Makes enough for 1 double crust
