Ginger cookie recipe- Sal Cunningham

Ingredients

3/4 c. butter,
1 c. sugar,
1/4 c. molasses,
1 egg,
2 tsp. baking soda,
2 c. flour,
1 tsp. cloves,
3 tsp. ginger,
1 tsp cinnamon and nutmeg and allspice, dash of salt.

Directions

Make into small balls, roll in sugar and flatten on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for8-10 min.
