French Coconut Pie

French Coconut Pie

1 unbaked pie shell
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup coconut

Mix ingredients and pour into pie shell.
Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, 375° for 15 minutes and 350° for 15- 20 minutes.
